Structure of furnace
The pit type spheroidizing annealing furnace consists of furnace cover device, muffle tank, air guide system, furnace body, lining, heating device, atmosphere system, and electrical control system.
1. Furnace cover device
Furnace cover device consists of furnace cover, lifting frame, lifting and rotating transmission device, etc.
2. muffle tank
The muffle tank is made of 8mm heat-resistant steel 309S, rolled into corrugated drum body with a circular arc bottom.
3. Air guide system
The air guide system consists of fan, guide device and sealing device, and adopts strong internal reflux to achieve uniform temperature in the furnace.
4. Furnace body
The furnace body is composed of the furnace body and the furnace base.
5. lining
Furnace lining is of all-fiber structure, consisting of lightweight insulating cotton board and 1260℃ ceramic fibre block. The thickness of insulating layer is 300 mm, which achieves the effect of fast temperature rise, low heat loss and good insulation performance.
6. Heating chamber
The heating chamber is divided into 4 heating zones, which are distributed in the inner ring of the furnace from bottom to top.
7. Atmosphere system
The annealing furnace uses nitrogen and methanol as protective gas and is equipped with oxygen probe for measurement and control.
8. Electric control system
The control system of the furnace is divided into manual control and computer control part. Temperature control adopts intelligent digital temperature controller, which has functions of automatic/manual switching, fan on/off, temperature control, ultra-high and low temperature
alarm, sound and light alarm and thermal couple breakage alarm. In addition, the control system has the audible and visual alarm for cooling water and gas pressure abnormal situations.
