1.CNC 32XEM 3D CNC pipe bending machine function description

1) Machine Features

XEM series 3D CNC tube bending machine is a fully electric driven multifunctional 3D

CNC tube bending machine with left and right coexistence.

It has a high rigidity mechanical structure design and precision process level in

accordance with the principle of dynamic mechanics.

With structural strength, the simple bending hand and

bending head design provide the largest bending space,

which minimizes the interference range of the machine.

With the automatic program control system,

it can ensure that all types of steel tube bending work with high difficulty

The powerful electric booster is a high-end model specially developed for high-tech bending needs.

Its special feeder mechanism is combined with a patented speed-changing structure to push the

bent pipes directly and forcefully. Combined with the precise computer automatic tracking bending speed function,

2.Equipment Purpose

The three-dimensional bending and forming processing of metal pipes is widely used

in the bending and forming processing needs of pipes and profiles in industries such as automobiles,

new energy vehicles, shipbuilding, aviation, and steel structures.

3.Equipment acceptance conditions and delivery

Acceptance criteria: Based on the drawings and samples provided by the purchaser

Acceptance content: machine tool appearance, machine tool operation,

machine tool accuracy, and random data.

Acceptance process: The initial acceptance is done by Party B’s factory,

and the final acceptance is done by Party A’s factory.

Acceptance requirements:

Visual inspection of the appearance shows no deformation, rust,

paint peeling, or missing surface treatment.

Machine tool accuracy (performed in accordance with Article 1 of the technical agreement)

Random data inventory confirmation (according to Article 5 of the Technical Agreement)

The continuous operation acceptance time is 24 hours,

and the temperature of the appliance does not exceed 45°.

Acceptance of processed products:

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Technical Agreement,

both parties jointly confirm​The number of trial processed products shall not exceed

50 pieces

Appearance inspection: (1) After completion, the transition between the arcs of the pipe

fittings is smooth and natural; (2) There are no wrinkles or unevenness inside and outside the arc;

(3) The arc dimension accuracy standard: the repeatability of the bending die forming angle is ≦±0.1°,

and the repeatability of the R difference is ≦±1.0mm.

(3) Requirements for raw materials

Party A needs to provide 20 tubes of each type with corresponding mold specifications,

and return them in full after the machine trial.

The pipe material is required to comply with relevant national standards and be soft.

The pipe material should be free of bending deformation, concave and convex marks,

and the straightness should be 2mm/10

4. Machine tool color and logo description

Machine color: The main body is white, and the active parts and dangerous parts are yellow.

Marking and color distinction of machine tool moving and dangerous parts:

general moving parts (exposed) are yellow, and dangerous moving parts (exposed) are red.
