The Full Automatic Aluminum Radiator Core Wire Tying Machine is a special equipment for automobile condenser and radiator core to prevent deformation during brazing and core tying. The equipment is easy to operate, easy to adjust and has high efficiency. It is suitable for continuous production in medium and small batches.
This Full Automatic Aluminum Radiator Core Wire Tying Machine a semi-automatic special machine tool for automatic clamping, wire feeding and tying. The core is manually taken away. The equipment is controlled by PLC programmable controller. It has two operation functions: automatic and manual. It can be used for tying the core of different sizes by manual adjustment of relevant parts.
The Full Automatic Aluminum Radiator Core Wire Tying Machine is comprised of machine body, wire rack, protection frame, tensioning device, wire feeding device, rotating device, wire conveying device, operation box, pneumatic system and electrical control system.
There are three position waiting positions:
Waiting position (wire traveling position)
Final position (during tying, the steel wire is tightened and tying mechanism moves along)
C type wire traveling mechanism:
Wire fixing device:when the core is wrapped with steel wire, the end of the steel wire is random. The fixing device can make sure that the steel wire is wound in the prescribed position to prevent the bundling position shifting, inadequate wire length and loose bundling.
Movable work table: The work table is comprised of power system and worktable. The power system is comprised of servo motor, synchronous belt with synchronous pulley, ball screw, and linear rail. The movable worktable consists of sliding plate, front and rear support plate, horizontal linear rail, fastening rod, fastening block and pneumatic cylinder. The position of front support plate is fixed, and the back support plate can be adjusted to suit different core sizes. The servo table moves the movable work table to determine the tying position.
Body: It consists of square steel welded frame and table plate. The machine body is divided into front and back part. The front part is equipped with material rack, storage device, wire feeding mechanism (straightening device), tying mechanism and electronic control cabinet; the back part is equipped with C-type wire feeding mechanism (fixing device), movable table, and button box.
clamping mechanism: comprised of cylinder, linear guide rail, slide plate, clamping plate. The pneumatic cylinder moves upward to clamp the core body, and make the tying tight.
